Committed to sustainable energy solutions, we are expanding our diverse team and seeking a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive effective lead generation through innovative marketing strategies.

 Responsibilities

• Digital Presence Management: 
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
• Paid Digital Campaigns: 
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal ROI.
• Marketing Strategies: 
  • Devise and implement cost-effective marketing strategies with a focus on substantial ROI 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Market Knowledge: 
  • Leverage prior knowledge of the European market to tailor marketing initiatives effectively. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a digital marketer
• Profound work experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Degree or training in marketing or business 
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• English – fluent and professional

Advantageous Skills

• Fluent German
• Marketing experience in a European company with a European target audience
• Certification or membership in marketing bodies is an added advantage
